I’m a senior network and systems engineer, currently employed at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the past 15 years. As with most MSPs, there is a near-endless stream of opportunities to learn and work with new technologies. As a result of this constant exposure, my experience ranges across a wide gamut of technology, spanning from deep network, application, and server troubleshooting, to infrastructure design and installation. I’ve been a VMware VCP since 2004 (VCP# 945), and have been working with virtualization ever since. I also hold a few other certs from the early days of my career, including (among others) CompTIA Linux+.
My goal with this blog is partly for my own documentation of technology ‘things’ that I’m experimenting with, as well as helpful tips/tricks that I run across.
